HOW TO READ

Learn it here.
Bring it into life.

You do not need to read the original book. Start with the foundation, then work through complete explanations, worked cases, practice instructions, troubleshooting, and review questions. Expand deeper notes when you want the philosophical argument.

The course is written for experienced spiritual practitioners and amateur philosophers. It teaches the framework while making room to question it. Each practice has a purpose, a usable method, a way to review it, and guidance when it gets stuck.

The source numbers 3–10 are retained for reference. An original foundation supplies the context you need before chapter 3. Further reading is optional; it deepens the course instead of filling gaps in the lesson.

A standalone course, with transparent sources

An independent course based on Integral Life Practice by Ken Wilber, Terry Patten, Adam Leonard, and Marco Morelli. Find the original book if you want to explore the source; it is not required to follow this course.

Use the practice workbook to turn a chapter into a concrete experiment. Each lesson identifies its source basis and distinguishes the authors’ approach from editorial adaptations.
